## Overview
Tronscan is the official explorer of the TRON network. It is not an AML service, but it is the first place to check a Tron wallet: balance, TRC20 tokens (USDT), transaction history, energy and bandwidth, and contract verification.
Tronscan also shows risk labels for some addresses (e.g. blacklisted by Tether) and lets you verify whether a TXID is confirmed. Yes, Tronscan is legit and safe — just make sure you are on tronscan.org and not a phishing clone.
